Web design & development
New sites, rebuilds, and the pieces around them. Built custom or on a platform you can update yourself, whichever suits how you work.
Hey Riley is a small digital studio. I build websites and custom tools for small businesses, help figure out where AI is actually useful, and still handle the everyday tech that needs to work.
Most of it starts the same way. Someone knows what they want and doesn't have anyone to hand it to.
New sites, rebuilds, and the pieces around them. Built custom or on a platform you can update yourself, whichever suits how you work.
Calculators, quoting tools, dashboards, client portals. The thing your team currently does in a shared spreadsheet, built properly.
Wi-Fi, printers, new computers, Microsoft 365, the thing that stopped working for no reason. Remote anywhere, in person around Edmond and OKC.
A direct primary care clinic needed a site that explained a membership model most patients had never heard of.
Full write-up and screenshots going up when the project wraps.
More projects going up as clients give the go-ahead.
Every project gets a fixed quote in writing before any work starts. These are starting points.
One-off problems, setups and troubleshooting. One-hour minimum.
Design and build, start to finish. Most small-business sites land between $3.5k and $8k.
Custom tools, automations and AI work, priced per project.
Not sure which of these applies to you? That's what the form is for. Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you where it lands.
I run Hey Riley out of Edmond, Oklahoma. Some weeks that means designing and building a website. Some weeks it means writing a small tool that doesn't exist yet. Some weeks it's a printer.
I've run businesses of my own: screen printing, ecommerce, weekend shows with a folding table. So I tend to look at a setup from the operator's side rather than the IT department's. Mostly I try to give you a straight answer about what's worth doing.
You work with me directly, start to finish, and I'll explain things in plain English along the way.
A form or a phone call. About fifteen minutes, no charge. You describe it, I ask questions.
In writing, in plain English, before anything starts. If you don't need it, I'll say so.
You see progress along the way rather than one reveal at the end. Changes are easy while it's in progress.
Your accounts, your domain, your code. I'll walk you through how it works and stay reachable after.
If I can help, I'll tell you what it involves and what it costs. If it's not something I do, I'll point you toward someone who does.
